Dear Doll Collector:

We try our best to repair and/or restore your doll to its former beauty while maintaining its integrity, however we cannot make your dolls new again.    Not all stains may be safely removed, and not all repairs can maintain the integrity of the material.  Greatest care is given when removing stains and/or making repairs and we will make every effort to meet or exceed your expectations.  We treat each doll as if it was our own and make every repair with the utmost care, however results may vary from doll to doll.

We are not responsible for damage to the doll during shipment to us or on its return. If properly packed and insured, this should not be a problem, so be certain to package your doll carefully.

We will take a digital photograph of each item received, upon its arrival, for the purpose of establishing it’s condition when received, and another photograph after it has been repaired/restored to establish its condition upon leaving us.

Our financial liability for any item sent to us for repair/restoration, shall be limited to actual collected charges for work performed prior to the damage or other loss.

Insurance is mandatory when shipping doll to and from Deb's Doll World.

Some dolls can be repaired with immediate turnaround.  Others may take longer depending on my workload and the type of treatments the doll requires. 

If you require alterations to your doll, an additional signed statement is required.

This signed noticed is required for us to proceed with any repair and/or restoration, and must be included with your item when shipping. Emailing the form is considered a signed copy.
